Wee Forest Folk Miniatures M-769 - Venus's Green Thumb
A little magic is growing in this enchanted corner of the forest. Meet this charming mouse witch, tending to her very unusual garden of Venus flytraps. Dressed in her witchy best and carefully watering her carnivorous little plants, she looks as though she’s stepped straight out of an enchanted woodland spell. With whimsical handcrafted details and a touch of spooky charm, this tiny scene is perfect for fairy gardens, Halloween displays, miniature gardens, or collectors who love their décor with a little bit of magic and mischief. Because every little witch needs a garden, even if her plants bite back! Sculpted and initialed by Willy Petersen. 1.5" x 1.75".
The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
