Shipping Rates

Free shipping is offerred on hundreds of products at Endeavour Toys.  Items with free shipping include a Free Shipping banner and/or Free Shipping stamp on thumbnail images and/or detail product pages.

All other shipping rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and carrier rates in effect at the time of shipment.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers depending on the item(s) ordered, destination address and other pertinent factors.  Please allow us to select an appropriate carrier to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Most of the products we share with you at Endeavour Toys are not mass produced.  While some may be stocked in small quantities, many are hand made especially for you by skilled manufacturers who are committed to providing high quality products.  When placing you order please allow ample time for customization and shipment.  Your patience will be rewarded with unique and beautiful craftsmanship!

The amount of time needed for your order to be processed and packaged depends on the item(s) ordered.  This information can be found on each product page under the heading "Availability."  Most orders that do not require customization are ready for shipping within 1 - 3 business days.  Additional time is necessary for customized and made-to-order products.

The delivery time of an order (the number of days in transit) depends on several factors including:

  • When the package leaves our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse;
  • Shipping method selected;
  • Destination address;
  • Weather conditions; and
  • Time of year (peak holiday seasons may result in longer delivery times).

In general, standard shipping methods require approximately 4 - 6 business days in transit under normal conditions.  

Customers providing an accurate email address associated with their purchase will receive email notification of shipment, including tracking numbers, when available.

If it comes to our attention that processing or shipment of an order will be delayed for any significant time period beyond what is expected for a particular item or order, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated ship date.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for most products. If an expedited shipping method does not appear for a product you are interested in, please send us an email and we will promptly provide an expedited shipping quote.

International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping on most products, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Please inquire to

It is important to note that Endeavour Toys is not responsible for duties, customs fees, import taxes, or other charges assessed by the country to where an international order is delivered.  These fees are beyond our control and the customer assumes full responsibility for any such fees or charges incurred as a result of the international shipment.

Shipping Damage

If the mail carrier presents with a package that appears to have been kicked, run over or otherwise damaged, please request that they sign the packing slip to acknowledge the damage.  If it is obvious that the contents of the package are also damaged, you should refuse delivery.  If you are not home to accept delivery, and find a damaged box on your doorstep, please keep all packaging material until you are sure the contents of your package have not been damaged.  If the contents of the package are damaged, send us an email at within 3 days of receipt describing the problem and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

What are "business" days?

In the United States, business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include federal holidays.  Saturday's, Sunday's and holidays are not considered business days.


Return Policy


We hope every purchase made at Endeavour Toys meets or exceeds expectations and that a problem never arises.  Despite our best efforts, and the efforts of the hard working mail carriers that we depend on, occasionally something unexpected may happen, or the customer may change their mind about a purchase. Regardless of the issue or the reason for a return request, please note:


Errors / Defects

If we make an error, or if the product is defective upon receipt, we will correct the issue promptly.  Please send us an email at within 7 days of receipt describing the problem and we will assist you in resolving the issue at no additional cost.

Discretionary Returns

If a customer changes their mind after placing an order and the item has already shipped, we will be happy to assist with a return.  Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Please note:


The customer must contact us at for return instructions.  Our address for product returns is not the same as our mailing address and returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted, or may incur additional charges in order to redirect to the proper location.


Refunds for items returned to the proper address in new, unopened condition are based on the price paid for the product, less a restocking fee ranging from 15 - 25%.  Restocking fees for oversized products including but not limited to Hansa Stuffed Animals, BERG Full Size Pedal Go Karts and most furniture items are 25%.  Shipping costs are not credited on discretionary returns.

Customers returning an item to the proper address with prior approval should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, although in many cases the refund will be received in less than four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for the return to be received at the proper warehouse from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect the returned item and process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted, or may incur additional charges in order to redirect to the proper location.  In these instances, refunds will not be processed until the return can be redirected to the proper address.
