Wee Forest Folk Miniatures M-223 and M-224 - Party Boy and Girl (Plum)

Sold as a set, these Wee Forest Folk mice are arriving at a birthday party dressed in plum color party clothes and party hats. They're both carrying presents wrapped in sparkling silver paper and tied with black bows. Won't they look cute under a tiny glass cloche on a birthday party table? These miniature figurines are in excellent condition and each comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Since they match so nicely, we'd like to keep these two together. Sculpted by Annette Petersen. Retired in 2002.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
