This Wee Forest Folk Graduate Mouse is so proud on graduation day wearing a black cap and gown and carrying a diploma. Our little mouse has a dual major in scurrying about, and eating cheese (two very important skills in the life of a tiny field mouse)! Congratulations to the graduate! Made in 1981, this is a very early version of Wee Forest Folk's graduation mice. It is in excellent condition and makes a nice graduation gift. It comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.75" (h) x 1.0" (w).

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
