This vintage Santa Mouse figurine by Wee Forest Folk was produced from 1980 - 1985, and is a beautiful example of Annette Petersen's early work. Santa Mouse carries a sack full of nuts and seeds and candy for his forest friends on Christmas Eve. Such innocence and vintage charm in this tiny figurine. An adorable stocking stuffer for anyone that collects mice, miniatures, or Wee Forest Folk. Adorable in your miniature holiday village or miniature display. Perfect on the mantle under a tiny glass cloche. This vintage miniature figurine has a slightly antiqued finish and is well-preserved in excellent condition. It comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for storage and gifting. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.875" x 1.25".

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
