This Limited Edition Wee Forest Folk mouse is drawing a picture of a Christmas tree in his Christmas coloring book! He's the cutest struggling artist we've ever seen sitting on a little green stool with a box of crayons on the floor nearby! A special gift for a teacher or tucked in the Christmas stocking of any struggling artist. A special piece in any Wee Forest Folk collection. This vintage miniature figurine is in excellent / new condition and comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Willy Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.5" x 1.25". Includes the original 1995 date sticker. Retired 2002.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
