This vintage Limited Edition Wee Forest Folk figurine from 1985 is simply adorable. A kind mouse police officer lends a helping hand to a young school mouse as they cross a busy road in London. Our officer (known as a bobby in England) is proudly clad in a traditional blue police uniform with white gloves, a badge, and a spectacular helmet atop his tiny head! The young mouse wears a scarf, a beret, and carries a book bag. He's very appreciative indeed! Whether you're a serious Wee Forest Folk collector adding depth to your collection, or someone who wants to start their collection at the beginning, this is a very special piece to own. Expertly sculpted and signed by the late Annette Petersen. Approximately 1.875" wide x 1.75" tall. Includes a Wee Forest Folk box for storage and gifting.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
