Wee Forest Folk Forest Scenes FS-2 - Hearts and Flowers

This adorable miniature figurine is the second piece in the Wee Forest Folk FOREST SCENES collection. It depicts two tiny mice at a tree stump upon which the boy mouse has carved the words I LOVE YOU inside a heart. The girl mouse in her white dress and pink sash is clearly smitten by this sweet expression of love! The Forest Scene pieces are heavier and more detailed than many of the pieces in the main mouse line. If you have limited space, this would be a beautiful series to collect. A sweet gift for someone you love on Valentine's Day, Christmas, or an anniversary. A special addition to any Wee Forest Folk collector's display. This vintage miniature figurine is in excellent condition and comes in a box for gifting. Approximate dimensions: 2.125" x 2".

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
