This is an UNFINISHED DOLLHOUSE KIT that includes all the supplies needed to build the Charlotte's Manor New England Dollhouse!

NEW for Fall 2017...the latest and greatest series of 1 inch scale, unfinished dollhouse kits from Real Good Toys includes Charlotte's Manor. As you can see, they've changed the window layout on the first and second floors to provide better placement of the interior dividers. This Victorian style home features the gorgeous Victorian Oval Light door, which allows you to peek out and see who is visiting, as well as single and double Victorian windows. Just imagine the possibilities for customizing with various dollhouse accessories! This is a 3-story home and offers up to 9 rooms to decorate and furnish. As with our other fine Real Good Toys products, Charlotte's Manor dollhouse kit features 3/8 inch thick Milled MDF Exterior Walls with grooved sidewalls and front for ease of assembly and durability. A fine heirloom quality dollhouse kit.
