This Wee Forest Folk miniature figurine is called Mousey's Bake Sale. It features a tabletop overflowing with yummy bake goods for sale, and a tiny mouse willing to empty her purse for a taste of the goods! Produced for the 2003 Folktoberfest in perfect shades of purple, lavender, and teal. Only 225 were made in this color combination. This piece will be so cute on your kitchen shelf or in your miniature display. The pastel colors and miniature size make it a good choice to tuck in an Easter basket for the baker in your family! This miniature figurine is in excellent condition and comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Donna Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.5" x 2.375".

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
