Wee Forest Folk Pond Mice PM-3 - Lilypaddle (Yellow)

From the Wee Forest Folk Pond Mice Collection, a little mouse in a yellow shirt and purple pants is taking a break from scurrying about to sit on the edge of a blooming lilypad and dip his tiny toes in the cool pond water. We love the realistic water and how this little scene is contained in a circular base. Add some real or artificial greenery and a few stones around the base and this piece will easily be the star of any miniature village or display. Such a sweet way to remember summer days at the pond. There are 6 pieces in the pond mice collection so a nice way to collect an entire series without taking up too much space. 

This miniature figurine is in excellent condition and comes in a box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Willy Petersen.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
