Wee Forest Folk Miniatures MH-1 - Mr. Mole (Green/Red)

This Wee Forest Folk figurine is a tiny little mole holding a lantern on a staff as he emerges from his hole on the Christmas Eve. He's dressed for the occasion in a green jacket, a red and white striped scarf, and red shoes. His tiny pink nose and very distinguished eyeglasses will make him the star of your miniature holiday display. Appropriate for display on his own or with a whole parade of other Wee Forest Folk miniature Christmas figurines. This vintage miniature figurine is in excellent condition. It comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 2" (h) x 1" (w).

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
