This Wee Forest Folk grandmother mouse is helping her new baby girl fall asleep to the soft sounds of a lullaby played through a vintage Victor gramophone (or should we say, grammy-phone). Grammy mouse wears a green dress and baby mouse is swaddled in a blue blanket. We love the vintage charm of the gramophone, the tassels on the tablecloth, and the beautifully detailed wicker chair the mice are snuggled into. This vintage miniature figurine is in excellent condition. A wonderful gift for a new mother or grandmother, adorable under a tiny glass cloche at a baby shower (won't the new grandma be thrilled?!), or a sweet addition to any miniature display. It comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.5" x 1.75".

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
