Wee Forest Folk Miniatures M-104 - Harvest Mouse (Apple)

This country mouse has found a shiny new apple on the ground in the orchard and is transporting it back to the barn in a tiny wheelbarrow. He's a very resourceful mouse, and adorable too in his red and white striped shirt and blue overalls! This piece coordinates perfectly with Adam's Apples and many other fall, Halloween, or Thanksgiving themed Wee Forest Folk. Produced in 1983 and in excellent condition. Comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for storage and gifting. Sculpted and initialed by Willy Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.375" x 1.5".

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
