Wee Forest Folk Miniatures M-069 - Beddy-Bye Mousey (Pink / Green / Brown)

This loving little mouse is putting her wee baby mouse to bed in a brown rocking cradle decorated with carved pink hearts. Beddy-Bye Mousey was produced in several color combinations and this one is perfect for a new baby girl. Baby mouse is dressed in pink pajamas, and mother mouse wears a green dress with a white apron. This piece has such sweet, vintage charm. A perfect gift for Mother's Day or to celebrate a new baby. Wouldn't this miniature look cute under a tiny glass cloche at a baby shower?! This piece comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
