Wee Forest Folk Miniatures BB-04 - Good Pickin's (Taupe)

This miniature bear figurine by Wee Forest Folk has spent the day in the forest picking berries. His two red buckets are overflowing with juicy blueberries and his happy smile shows just how proud he is of his success. This piece has a little more weight to it than most Wee Forest Folk figurines and feels more substantial in your hand. This hard to find figure is a delightful gift for any miniature enthusiast or bear collector. This miniature figurine is in excellent condition and comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen in the 1990's. A wee 2.25" tall x 1.5" wide.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
