This miniature accessory by Wee Forest Folk is a tiny gift wrapped in green paper with a gift tag and a festive bow. A little toy reindeer sits on top of the wrapped present. You'll probably recognize the reindeer from the train car that carries Santa's team! This is such a cute little accessory to display with your Christmas miniatures. Would be adorable sitting on the hearth in a small dollhouse. This retired miniature figurine is in excellent / new condition and comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.0" x 1.125". Produced from Nov 15 - Jan 16. Retired 2016.
The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
