This Limited Edition Wee Forest Folk Christmas figurine represents a tiny little mouse arriving for her piano recital, music notes in hand. Her lovely piano teacher is dressed for the occasion in a sparkly red dress and offers her little musician some Christmas cookies to ease recital day jitters. This piece is very detailed, from the intricately carved piano, the holiday decorations, the pearls around Miss Mousey's neck and, of course, the signature leather tails. Only 750 made. This miniature figurine is in perfect condition and comes in a sturdy white box for gifting. Sculpted by Donna Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.25" (h) x 2.25" (w).

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
