This is an UNFINISHED DOLLHOUSE KIT that includes all the supplies needed to build the Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse! This 1 inch scale dollhouse is smaller than the Classic Bungalow but has many of the same details. This unfinished dollhouse kit is available at an affordable price everyone will love!

Dimensions: 27 1/4"W x 19"D x 24"H (dimensions listed indicate the overall dimensions of each dollhouse including items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting).
