Easily installed and removed, this modular furniture collection fits neatly under the wrap around window of the Wedge or Circle playhouse. When not in use, the table breaks down and stores easily. The two-piece seating is also a convenient storage unit for toys and books and can be repositioned along one wall to become a long bench with the table put away.

Assembly directions included. Thoroughly parent tested, Modern Playhouse assembly directions are straightforward and the parts are few! How refreshing! Once you have determined the best place in your home to set up your playhouse and have unpacked the parts, all you will need is some good music, the kids to direct and another adult to help hold up the first two walls. Enjoy!
Cleaning:
Your playhouses and wood accessories may be cleaned with a damp soft cloth or sponge and a non-toxic all-purpose cleaner when necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners or a scrubby. A non-toxic wood conditioner may be used occasionally using the manufacturers directions for application.
Shipping:
Modern Playhouse products are made to order. Once your order is placed, any playhouse or furniture collection item(s) will ship within 7 - 10 business days via a reputable freight carrier. Large items ship separately. Lead times may change according to time of year and are provided as a benchmark only. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Time in transit varies depending on destination.
It is very important to inspect your package once it has arrived! Be sure to inspect all packages for damage that may have occurred during transit, prior to acceptance of your new playhouse product. Please note that some wear on the outer packaging is normal. If damage is visable, please reject the shipment, making sure that the driver notates the damage, and contact Endeavour Toys as soon as possible. We will coordinate the filing of a damage claim and the shipment of a replacement. Please note, that a damage claim can not be filed with the carrier unless the driver records the damage at the time of delivery. Neither Endeavour Toys nor Modern Playhouse is responsible for damages occurring during transit.
International Shipments:
At the current time, this product can only be shipped within the continental United States.
Returns:
We want you to love your new product! However, if you are unsatisfied with your Modern Playhouse purchase for any reason, or have received the wrong item, we will be happy to process your return. All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Endeavour Toys at info@endeavourtoys.com or call us at (888) 518-2403 should you have a problem with your order. You must contact us prior to returning merchandise so that we can provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, unassembled and packed in the original packaging. The product tags, product manual, and packing slip must be included in the return. The return must be post-marked within 10 days of receiving the item. Endeavour Toys will pay for return shipping only if the product is damaged (see below). Shipping on returns for all other reasons, including exchanges and/or dissatisfaction with an ordered product, will be the customers responsibility.
Products must be returned in new condition in order to receive full credit for the return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card originally charged.
