Back Orders:
Winther products are typically in stock. However, should a back order occur, you will be notified on a timely basis and will be given information pertaining to the anticipated time frame for delivery.
Claims:
Errors in shipments, defective or damaged merchandise, must be reported within 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered. Please contact Endeavour Toys at (888) 518-2403 should you need to submit a claim.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns by prior approval only! Please call us immediately at (888) 518-2403 if you need to return or exchange merchandise.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be shipped prepaid freight, with prior authorization. Returned merchandise is subject to an inspection and restocking charge of 15% of billed value. Returns received without proper handling of prior authorization will be charged a 30% restocking fee, or may be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. Therefore, if you need to return a Winther item, PLEASE contact Endeavour Toys for proper return procedures! No credit will be allowed on returned merchandise not in saleable condition.
