We make every possible effort to maintain adequate stock and have updated stock information available. Unexpected stock shortages or manufacturing delays are infrequent, but they do sometimes occur and we assume no responsiblity thereof. You will be notified promptly if an item is backordered, and you will typically have the option of waiting for the item or cancelling your order.
Return Policy:
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Endeavour Toys at (888) 518-2403, or email us at info@endeavourtoys.com within 30 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item based on the reason for your return.
- In order for a Virescent item to be returned, it must be in as new condition and must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Postage must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the customer (COD parcels will not be accepted).
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all discretionary returns.
Damages, Defects and Carrier Loss
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier and to Endeavour Toys at (888) 518-2403, or info@endeavourtoys.com, within 7 days of delivery date.
- For defective goods requests, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we may process a proper replacement.

Recycled Cotton
Recycled cotton is cotton fabric that is made from recovered cotton that would otherwise be cast off during the spinning, weaving or cutting process. Growing, harvesting and processing cotton creates much
waste. One study estimates up to 40% of the cotton product is discarded between field and manufacturer, most of it ending up in landfills. Now, thanks to new developments in cotton processing technology, it is
possible to recycle that waste into cloth. (Our recycled cotton bags are made of 74% recycled cotton, 24% acrylic, 2% other.)
Organic Cotton
Organic cotton is grown without pesticides from plants that are not genetically modified. Did you know that after tobacco, cotton is the world's second most heavily sprayed crop? About one-third of a pound
of pesticides are used to grow regular cotton for a single cotton T-shirt. The cotton used for Virescent Shoppers™ is from organic cotton plants that are 100% free of pesticides and not genetically modified.
Why Reusable Bags?
