Made from #1 select hard pine, the Victory Rocking Horse Jumper captures the most thrilling moment of the steeplechase — when horse and rider become one. The golden sheen and highlights of this palomino jumper make it a stable favorite.
These rocking horses have serious safety features:

Both Champion and Jumper models are suitable for ages 2 and up. They have proper weight distribution and are constructed of quality woods and superior binding materials. Company History
Victory Heirloom Rocking Horses were first created in 1976 out of necessity. It all began with a talented craftsman who wanted to give his young daughter a rocking horse for her third Christmas. After exhaustive research into available styles, he found none to be appealing or very unique. They mostly had the horse’s legs splayed onto the rockers in a very rigid posture. The plastic ones had better posture, but were, well --- PLASTIC! He wanted something different and functional, yet exciting with timeless heirloom quality. He realized that he would have to design them himself.
To create free, dynamic action postures and have significant load bearing capability, a different support mechanism was used for which patents are currently pending. The rockers needed a step-up platform to make it easier for children of all ages to mount the large rocking horses. They had to have decorative, yet functional tow-bars so the child can easily move the horse. He chose classic horse postures from the finest examples of horsemanship; the classic “Lavade” pose made famous by the Royal Lipizzan Stallions of Austria (Champion Model) and the majestic jump as the horse clears a Steeplechase (Jumper Model).
The “Jumper” was the first model created in 1976 and three decades later, his daughter still has it and will likely pass it on to her young son.
Thus were born the Victory Heirloom Rocking Horses. They are totally unique and now available for your special child’s enjoyment as well!

Each horse is individually crafted, so please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery from the time your order is placed. All horses will be shipped "signature required".
This product ships in two separate boxes; the upper section of the rocking horse in one box, and the base in another box. Minor assemble required.
Victory Rocking Horse products ship Monday - Friday (except Holidays) via flat rate ground freight shipping in the USA. FedEx is the carrier most frequently used for the shipment of this item, however, carrier may change depending on destination. Please allow us to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
For External Shipping Damage:
Although carriers are careful, products may sometimes be damaged during the shipping process. Please inspect your order for any visible external damage as soon as it arrives and before the carrier leaves. If you find external damage, make appropriate notations on the carrier’s paperwork and ask for a copy to use in case you find internal damage to the item after the package is opened. If the external damage is sufficiently severe, you should refuse the delivery.
For Internal Shipping Damage:
Please contact Endeavour Toys at (888) 518-2403 within 5 business days of the delivery date to report any damage to your horse so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please have the original shipping manifest with tracking number ready when you call. An appropriate form will be mailed or faxed to you to fill out and send back with your damaged item and all original shipping paperwork. Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. (Note: We will not be able to replace damaged items if we are not notified within 5 business days of the delivery date).

Returns by prior approval only! Please call us immediately at (888) 518-2403 if you need to return or exchange merchandise.
This manufacturer has a simple 30-day return policy. If for some reason (other than a damaged item - see above), you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return this item within 30 calendar days of the date of your delivery. The returned product must be in unused and in resalable condition, inside it’s original wrapping and packaging. A Note From VIctory Rocking Horse Co. Regarding Safe Rocking Features and Information
As with any toy, correct use is vital for safe enjoyment. Our Heirloom Rocking Horses have proper weight distribution and are correctly balanced. Their rockers and support mechanisms are durable enough to bear the child’s weight during the rocking motion, now, and as your child grows. Handle bars are secure and easy to reach and grasp while rocking. Handy tow bars make it easy and to move the horses from room to room.
We have designed these horses to be highly stable during normal usage. The rounded rocker arrests resist the possibility of tipping over. However, forward and backward over-rocking should be avoided. The generous 15 ½ inch rocker width resists sideways tipping. Each rocking horse has a step-up platform to make it easy for the child to mount and dismount. All paints, stains and other finishes are lead-free and non-toxic.
Finally, safe rocking should always be done in an inside environment which is spacious enough to avoid bumping into objects. As always, adult supervision is recommended to ensure that the rocking horse is being used properly and that the rocking environment remains safe.
