Missing Pieces:
Mill Street Puzzles are hand pressed individually by professionals who ensure no pieces get left out of the box. If you think you have a missing piece, please carefully check the area around your puzzle. Pieces have a knack for hiding under or in furniture, and sticking to clothing or skin and hitching a ride wherever you go. If you are sure it's a missing piece and not a misplaced piece, please call us at Endeavour Toys and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement puzzle. You will be directed as to how to return the original puzzle and will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. Note: missing piece returns are valid for exchanges only for the same puzzle you originally purchased.

This manufacturer allows returns / exchanges within 30 days of receipt. The customer must pay return shipping.
