These items are pictured in a natural finish manufactured of 100% solid knotty pine wood and CARB phase 2 certified Baltic birch plywood. They are also available unfinshed, as well as painted over wood or MDF. In some applications where products are to be finished in a solid color, MDF may be beneficial. Little Colorado uses only "Green" MDF, and all finishes used are American made top quality, contain no lead, are environmentally friendly and are easy to clean acrylics that are very durable and wonderfully suited as base coats for decorative painting.

Materials / Finishes:
These items are manufactured of 100% solid knotty pine wood and CARB phase II certified Baltic Birch plywood (appearance, size and quantity of knots will vary). MDF is also available. Choose a natural finish with solid pine wood to reveal the natural beauty and contours of the wood. If you prefer a painted product, MDF material provides a superior and more durable surface compared to pine when painted a solid color. The MDF material is smoother and more consistent since it does not have the surface imperfections present in pine wood.

Please do not return any item to the manufacturer or to Endeavour Toys prior to contacting Endeavour Toys. A representative at Endeavour Toys will discuss with you the most efficient way to resolve the issue at hand and provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed.
This manufacturer allows for product returns within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be properly repackaged in original shipping carton with original packaging materials, shipped prepaid and arrive without damage. Credits or refunds will be issued less a 15% (20% for personalized products) restocking charge.
In the event of shipping damage, the manufacturer will exchange or replace damaged components whenever possible (as opposed to exchanging or replacing the entire product). Any claim for damage, defect or shortage must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Original shipping cartons and packaging must be retained in the event of damage, since the shipping carrier, as well as the manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect all shipping materials, as well as the product when any damage is reported.
Warranty Information:
All Little Colorado products are covered by limited warranty against defects in material and labor. Pine wood and MDF products have a one year limited warranty from date of purchase. Baltic birch plywood products have a five year limited warranty. Warranty applies if there is no misuse or abuse and is limited to replacement of parts or replacmement of the product, not including shipping. Neither Endeavour Toys nor the manufacturer accept responsibility for user initiated damage or loss of parts by the user during assembly or use of product.

- Wood raw materials are from environmentally responsible suppliers.
- MDF used is certified green, CARB phase 2 compliant and low formaldehyde manufactured by Plum Creek.
- Baltic birch plywood used is also CARB certified phase 2 compliant.
- All packing insulation is 100% post consumer recycled.
- All shipping cartons are either 100% post consumer recycled or use recycled cardboard.

Little Colorado, Inc. believes all their products to be in full compliance with all current safety requirements. All of their manufacturing, quality control and shipping is done in their facility in Denver, Colorado. All painting done in their factory uses only American made paints. All Little Colorado MDF products are made using Plum Creek "Green" low-formaldehyde materials. All products have recently been or are being tested by accredited laboratories for compliance with 16 CFR 1500 and 16 CFR 1303 requirements and always have been since they began business in 1987. Little Colorado has never had a product recall or a product safety problem.
