Returns by prior approval only! Please call us immediately at (888) 518-2403 if you need to return or exchange merchandise.
In accordance with this manufacturers return policy:
- Damaged merchandise must be reported to Endeavour Toys within one week of receipt of shipment.
- For damages that are the result of product defect we will pick up the item(s) and issue a credit or shipment replacement.
- For goods showing a damage on the shipping carton, have carrier note damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Endeavour Toys and the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons, packing material and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled.
- All returns must be accompanied by packing slip and marked with a return authorization number available from Endeavour Toys. There will be no cash refunds for returned items.
- All items will be inspected upon return and must be in saleable condition to be eligible for credit.
- This return policy applies to items only currently listed on the Learning Carpets product line. It does not include discontinued or special order items.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for the return of undamaged, correctly shipped merchandise.
Please understand that neither Endeavour Toys or our manufacturers are responsible for packages stolen, or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
