Shipping Information:
It is our goal to ship the product(s) you order as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the safety of the product. Many Berg products are oversized and most are quite heavy. Therefore, we utilize freight shipping methods with lift-gate and call ahead services for most full-size Berg pedal carts. It has been our experience that this is the most secure, reliable method, and will reduce the liklihood of damage during shipping. The protection of your investment is well worth the price differential and will ensure you are riding your new Berg as soon as possible after it's arrival!
Smaller carts, such as those in the Berg City / Compact Line may be appropriate for ground shipping. Please allow us to choose the safest and most efficient shipping method available based upon the item ordered and the location to which it is delivered.

Shipping damages must be reported immediately to the transport company and to Endeavour Toys. Please call (888) 518-2403 if there is a problem with your order.
Warranty:
BERG Toys means quality, which is why they provide a long guarantee period on their toys. BERG Toys guarantees most of its products for a full five years and most of its parts for two years. The length of the guarantee period for your product is specified in the maintenance manual supplied with it.
In addition to its product guarantee, BERG Toys also offers many services. There are many BERG specialists located throughout the country who carry out maintenance and repairs in accordance with the standards laid down by BERG toys. In addition, BERG Toys provides you with a unique service guarantee: spare parts can be purchased for up to five years following purchase of the product.
